Ahmet Özhan (born in 1950 in Urfa, Turkey) is regarded as one of the most important temporary interpreters of classical Turkish and mystical music. He became the Director of the Ýstanbul Historical Musik Choir of the Turkish Cultural Ministry in 1991. He was awarded the title of State Artistist in 1998. He gave concerts worldwide, from Tokio to San Francisco.
